WORST TATTOO EXPERIENCE EVER. The absolute worst tattoo shop I've ever been to/ heard of. I got my very first tattoo done here. It is such an unprofessional, uncomfortable environment. And the artist completely screwed up the smallest tattoo on me. It is horribly asymmetrical, and the colored in part was so awful. It was really blotchy, and none of the outline connected. I have heard other horror stories from numerous people about this place. Definitely a waste of money, and a horrible experience for something so permanent. I went to Vivid Ink in Holt to have their disaster fixed as much as possible. it looks much better, but the outline couldn't be fixed much because of how awful the guy at Liquid Tattoo did. Don't waste your time or money here.

Clean, Friendly, Well-priced. First piercing, got a double eyebrow done. Sebastian, young dude working there, is the only piercer. He was friendly, made sure the piercings were exactly where I wanted them before doing it.

Everything is extremely sterile, the employees are very clean, and it was only $25 a piece, including jewelry, and I happily tipped $10 for it. Compare this $60 total to over $80 for Splash (without tip), it makes much more sense to get piercings done here. Will return.

1st and hopefully soon to be 4th tattoo. Liquid Tattoo was my first time getting a tattoo. I have since gotten 2 more elsewhere due to moving out of the area but am excited about looking into revisiting Liquid Tattoo again to see Jesse. I saw Jesse Kane he did a piece on my back plus he tattooed my hubby and our friends. He is an awesome tattooist. He is very light handed and has a great attitude. I would recommend Liqiud Tattoo to anyone, exspecially Jesse.

Second Tattoo. I had gone to another place in Lansing that is now out of business but have heard so many good things about Liquid. Went there and Max did a small piece on the top of my right foot. He did great! Made me feel very at ease as i hadn't gotten a tattoo in about 8 years. I would recommend them to anyone.

the best. i have got 2 tattoos by nate and he has did most of my familys tattoos chris is really good i got 2 piercings from him and i liked them both

Favorite.. I have gotten all of my tattoos and piercing done at Liquid Tattoo. My tattoos ranged in different levels of difficulty and each one came out phenomenal. The staff is friendly, fun, and professional. They made me feel at ease and I enjoy being there.

My first piercing I was nervous but Chris knew exactly what he was doing and he gave me so much information about piercings and taking care of them that I felt instantly reassured.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a tattoo priced and I gave Big Steve an idea of the tattoo I wanted and he created a masterpiece. He drew it up on me, gave me a reasonable price, and told me how long the whole thing would take.

I love that the first touch up is free and I cannot wait to get my next piercing and tattoos there. From personal experience, seeing my friends/family get their bodys tatted or pierced, and other customers I know they are quality so I know I'll be in there again sometime soon.

Professional staff knows what they're doing. I got my first tattoo at Liquid when I turned 18. The staff knew what they were doing, which was a plus because I was clueless. I have no negative things to say about Liquid, I put the price as a con, but the quality of their artwork is well worth the price you pay. Plus they give you a free touch up, which I have now found out is not the case at many shops.

Great Tattoo, Great Guys. This was my first tattoo, and my first time even stepping foot in a tattoo shop. I had been told by Splash of Color that my artwork would have to be much larger than I wanted for it to work. So, with the recommendation from a friend, I went to Liquid Tattoo. I met with Max, who told me he could make it work, so I set up an appointment. I am extremely happy with the results. My tattoo looks even better than I expected.

The guys at Liquid Tattoo made me feel very comfortable and at ease. If I ever have another tattoo done, there is no question as to where I will go. Liquid Tattoo is the best!

Piercings. I went in with no appointment and requested to get my naval pierced and got in right away I was scared since it was my first piercing but the workers are very nice and compherting. I got a clean pierce and was on my way. Thanks liquid :)

Best Place to get inked in town. I have gotten tattoos at other establishments but none compare to the service at Liquid Tattoo.

They are reasonably priced and do not require deposits for appointments (like all other shops in the area)

They do not make you feel uncomfortable while waiting or getting work done. Everyone is friendly and approachable, even if they may not look like it.

But the best part is the fantastic artwork that they do. I thought I had a good pieces before from other artist... they do not even compare to the ones that I have gotten at Liquid. Liquid Tattoo artwork surpasses them hands down.
