Best waxing experience!!!!!. I was kind of nervous at first since it was my first brazillian wax and I imagined it hurt a lot, but I had made up my mind to do it. I imagined a 30 min long painful torture, but I was so wrong! Neli is amazing!!!! She's not only super fast, and professional, but she's super nice and makes the whole experience super comfortable with a nice chat. I would totally recommend her for anyone who is considering getting a brazillian. As my first time it was perfect, I'm definitely seeing her again!

The place is also great, they don't make you wait at all, and facilities are just perfect. Go there, you'll be very very happy!!!

Jessi is amazing!!!. I have been going to see Jessi Woods for the past year. I have NEVER had my hair done as well as she has done it! I get tons of compliments.. most from strangers!That is how you really know your hair looks good!!! I went to her with a real bad color job and unhealthy hair. I left with the color and cut i had always wanted but could never get and my hair health was restored!! She is very friendly,informative and most of all professional. I used to dread going to the salon but now it is something i love and look forward too! All of us women deserve that! Go see her! You will be hooked!

Lansing's Best Brazilian. Neli, aka the "brazilian queen", at Personal Image Day Spa is the must-go-to person for all your waxing needs. She was recommended by a friend who stopped getting brazilians because she could not tolerate the pain and had one too many encounters with in-growns....until she met Neli!

I made an appoint with Neli and it was love at first brazilian. Its been over a year and i continue to visit Neli every month.

Needless to say I am always impressed with her quickness and superb quality of work. I am in and out in less than 20 minutes (for a brazilian!) every single time.

I have had brazilians done in spas in Atlanta, Miami, NY, and SC and Neli's is by far my absolute favorite!

superior service!. I had a Brazilian wax done several times with Nelli and let me tell you she is the best! My very first time she explained to me the procedure and made me very comfortable. I was very nervous. Now it's breeze. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very gentle, professional and caring esthetician. My husband absolutely loves when I make my appointments with Nelli.

ASK for LISA. Just had my hair done at Personal Image and it was fantastic! Lisa did my hair and she did an amazing job! She is so bubbly and cute! Does great work and makes you feel special! The salon itself is HUGE! They even do permanent makeup! I think ill be back next week for a pedicure. love that salon!! Best one i have been to in years!

Best Brows EVER!. Ali does the BEST brow wax...I moved to San Francisco and cannot find anyone comparable to her there!! I still make sure to come back whenever I'm visiting to have her do my brows!! On top of being very brow talented, she is super sweet!!
