An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain..
In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.

THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD ANYWHERE!!!!.
Lets be real ok! Carrabbas Italian Grill is the only place where you can get real fresh Italian cookin!!!! Straight from ITALY!
I dont want my marsala warmed up in a bag! I dont want my food thrown in the MICROWAVE! If I wanted that I would eat at home, RIGHT. Carrabbas doesn't even have a MICROWAVE in the building. Every recipe is from the Carrabbas family. Real Italians! The service by the way is unbelievable, and if there is something wrong they fix it right away. One of there moto's is ANYTHING GOES. What ever the customer wants they get. The atmosphere is always great, low ceilings, great lighting and beautiful scenery! And they make you feel like your at home.
The bottom line is, if you want frozen OR MICROWAVED food......
Go to Bravo or Carmello's! If you want the REAL thing go to CARRABBAS!!!!
