RUDE MANAGER - Never shopping there again. Would you believe me if I said that the manager of this store told me "to go home and fix it yourself?" I'm not kidding.

I brought my computer in for repair, the Geek Squad guys wouldn't fix it. I asked for a manager and after a short exchange, she told me "to go home and fix it yourself."

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over a decade and this has completely soiled my image of them. I will never shop there again...and if you decide to go there, at the very least, avoid their Geek Squad service. It's overpriced and rude.
