easily the nicest laundromat around

it is really nice in this place, they have nice furinture and free wifi. It is geared to MSU students to chill while you wait for the laundry to get done. Not like other dirty laundromats I am used to. it is a good place. They close around 10 though.

• Pros: new, very clean in every way, wifi
• Cons: hard to find

High-end feel, same price as anywhere else, Free wifi

Point Laundry is more pleasant than any laundromat I ever have been too. I like the free wifi, nice tables and living room style chairs (not hard plastic ones all connected in a line). The prices are the same as any other place nearby, dryers give you 8 min. for $0.25. My clothes are usually dry in 32 min. or less. (at my apt. it is like 1 hour or more). They try and make it like a coffee shop atmosphere sort of.

The other thing is you use a little debt key instead of the usual quarters, at first it is a little strange, but actually I sort of like it now. I put it on my keychain and just add to it each time I come in.

Overall, I like it there.

• Pros: newer machines
• Cons: busy sunday afternoons

Ruined expensive pair of pants. Never reimbursed nor try to solve the issue given 6 months of time.

They ruined an expensive pair of business pants, admitted their cause but never offered any kind of reimbursement (not even the costs for the dry cleaning or what ever they actual did with it). The staff is not authorized to make any decisions and the owner does not deal with the problem. In addition many of their machines, for example the smaller loads do a very bad cleaning job. After using this place for years I will now look for a better alternative.

• Pros: Safe place to leave your laundry unattended while running errands. Clean.
• Cons: Expensive. Poor machine performance and bad management.
