The Best of Cadillac. A group of about 47 colleagues from work were visiting Lansing and we decided for the entire group to go to Cadillac. We made reservations the same day. And I have to tell you it was one of the best dinners I had in a large group. The service was excellent and the attention we received was first class. Not a single person had anything wrong with their dishes. I had the scallops for appentizer and they were delicious, for my main dish I had the seafood cannelloni. I can only say that this restaurant deserve 10 stars for adjusting to such a large group in short notice and the personal attention we received from the manager was superb. She was very attentive in making sure the service was nothing less that perfect.
