Great experience at Smita's. I am African-American and Smita's had no problem managing my hair. My hair stylist was a guy named Alex. He did a fantastic job straightening my hair. He was very patient and made sure that I was satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Smita's and Alex!

How to look younger. I was always impressed with how nice my friend's eyebrows looked. My friend recommeded "Smita's to me.

So I wanted to try " Threading " for my eyebrows. After one visit to Smita's Salon & Day Spa I am throughly impressed with the younger look I achieved by having my eyebrows shaped with the beauty technique of

" Threading " .

Not only do I love my new look of my eyebrows. I am lucky to have met the stylist Chrissy that is so good at her craft. A true professional that ask the correct questions to the client to have the client get the look they want.

I am just tickled to achieve a younger look by having my eyebrows shape up with threading. Chrissy does a excellant job when it comes to removing any facial hair as well.

I recommend other ladies to try threading especially older gals like myself that want to have a younger look by having your heavy brows slimmed up.

I also like how everyone at Smitas are warm and friendly. It has been a fun experience. I am glad to have discovered Smita's Salon & Day Spa !! ; )

Will never go back!. I started going to Smita's for the eyebrow threading because it was the closest place to me that offered that service. The girl who did my eyebrows wasn't really great at it and it was painful but I had a limited amount of time for salon visits. On a Saturday I called to ask for their hours on that day and the staff person told me they were open until 7pm. When I got to the salon at 6:30 they were completely closed and the hours posted said they were only open until 5pm on Saturdays. I decided to be forgiving and read that they would be open until 7pm on the following Monday. Again I went to the salon at 5:30 on Monday and AGAIN they were completely closed. I was very upset because there were no posted changes in hours and because of other circumstances that prevented me from making an appointment or spending very much time away from home. When I called to leave a message on the answering machine the hours were stated again and said they were open until 7pm on Monday. I left a message explaining all of these things and that I would no longer be spending money at the salon. The next morning I was awoken by an angry phone call from Smita herself rudely telling me that she didn't appreciate my message. She basically chewed me out and wouldn't stop talking to let me explain in more detail why I was so upset. I completely gave up on explaining anything else to her. Due to her behavior on the phone I was 100% sure that I would never spend another dime at her salon or recommend her to anyone. She is not the best businesswoman and doesn't know how to treat customers at all especially when she was the one who made the mistake.

Returning customer!. I have gone to Smitas for a few years now, Chrissy does my cuts and coloring there and always does an awesome job! I was recently in and got threading done on my upper lip and eyebrows for the first time, I was hesitant but it turned out great and Chrissy was super gentle it barely hurt. The staff is also always really friendly and welcoming, i would recommend Smitas to anyone looking for a new salon!! All around great service

Awesome Service!!!. I originally heard of this salon a year ago from a friend who gets her eyebrows threading there. She told me that they do a great job and she was right! Chrissy did such a great job with my eyebrows, I decided to have her do my hair. She did a awesome job. I didnt have any bumps and little redness. It was best my eyebrows have ever looked.

She really listened to what I wanted and gave me an excellent hair cut. Every time I go to her, she has a new idea for my color and something to spice up my cut!

I recommend Smita's to everyone. Chrissy is so much fun and does a great job everytime. I wont go to anyone else!!!

Very disappointed. I have been there one other time and the girl trimmed my hair. She knew I was growing it out from split ends. I went back 6 weeks later and she, without even saying anything razored the front of my hair on the sides and took off like 7 inches. I was mortified. It will take me years to grow this out. I have never worn my hair like this. Do not have Chrissy cut your hair, she just does what she wants. I have cried for days. My hair looks ridiculous and I am so very disappointed. I wont be back and she should be fired.

I LOVE SMITA'S. I love Smitas salon!!! Chrissy does the best bikini waxes!! She definitly makes you feel at ease in a very uncomfortable :-) I would recommend this salon to everyone I know!!!

Smita's Day Salon is AWESOME!!!!. I love Smita's Salon. Everyone there is so considerate and friendly. Today, my hair was a complete mess. I truly didn't know what I was going to do. I had an interview so I was legitimately concerned. Smita said that she could fix my hair for me. I didn't think anyone could fix it because it was a HOT MESS!!! lol Anyway, she worked on it like it was her own hair and when she was done I looked likeI had been visited by the hair staff from America's Next Top Model. She truly did a wonderful job! The threading there is always the best in town as well. Thank you guys! I really do appreciate you all!

Nasty Service. I had a really bad experience with waxing and eybrows... the service is nasty. I end up with bruises all over my hand and legs and still with lots of hair. I will never ever visit/suggest them...
