nice yarn but customer service needs work. My mom and I have visited Rae's four times over the past year and a half. While the store has a very good selection of yarn and displays, we are always disappointed by the lack of personal attention we receive while shopping. We've never been greeted upon arrival, and the owner and workers act as if we aren't even there. We visited today, and again no one acknowledged us until a purchase was ready to be made. I think that the shop could do much better business if they would show more interest in their customers.
