Amazing Service. I usually dont write reviews because I think that everyone should just try everything on their own , but I have to say that my experiance here was great. They met my needs in every way that I imagined , and made sure that I wasnt paying too much or that I didnt get anything I didnt need. This is what serving your customers is about . Saved $80 a month after leaving here . Thanks ya'll

Not friendly. If it were not for the fact that Tom Trubac's staff is great and State Farm is the cheapest insurance I could find, I would leave in a heart beat. He is smug and unfriendly. I recommend State Farm, but DO NOT recommend Tom Trubac as an agent.

Great service. Had a fender-bender this morning (our first) and the service I got from Tom's office was very quick, efficient, and helpful. The gal I talked to didn't try to make up an answer if she didn't know something, but did her research before answering me. Very helpful, very kind. Gave two recommendations for body shops that were close to home.

Interesting that the two reviews below that are bad are by the same person.

Go team trubac. Great business, I need to start selling auto insurance! What, your car is wrecked? lets have ten different claims department people call you in one day telling you ten different things. Yeah your car is fine its supposed to pull to the right and the exhaust is always laying on the ground. Oh isn't your truck a 4x4 it should be fine after hitting the ditch at highway speed. And we make you pay a diagnostic fee at the ford dealer when they say your transmission is fine! Although the body shop it came from had to tow it there because the owner said it was revving to high. You take the car to another ford dealer a day later they say it needs a new transmission @$3200. And then we call you and say this claim has ended, we are done with this claim. Like a good neighbor commercials make me want to hurl, if you were my neighbor I would build a fence!

worst insurance agent ever!. I was ran off the road in a snow storm and was sent into a ditch at a high rate of speed. My truck was left with suspension, exhaust, and transmission damage. My truck was in the shop for two weeks where the only repairs were made to the front suspension. I was told my transmission wasn't covered because "state farm doesn't cover power train components" so now I'm stuck with a bad transmission @$3200 to repair at the ford dealer and a rattling exhaust system that's damaged from a object that was in the ditch. A normal insurance company would have totaled this truck but not these *******. I had to call them three times just to get this claim started, the receptionist was quick to tell me that maybe I should trade the truck in instead of making the initial claim! I was thinking at the time, what is wrong with this ***** is she crazy? I now am the proud owner of a low mileage 2002 explorer sport trac that is basically a salvage car. I wish I could start a business where I can take in ten years of premiums and tell my policy holders to **** themselves. My next course of action will be the b. b. b. and the state of mi. o.f.i.s bureau of insurance licensing. Be warned go to geico allstate or bobs auto insurance before this place.
