Horrible response to customer complaint.
When I went to Charlie Kangs' with my family, I expected a nice meal. It's a place we like to visit once in a while because they have some nice food. But when the food came we noticed that the portions were smaller than before for the same price. I found a piece of wood in my noodle soup and told the waiter. All he said was, 'I'm sorry, I'll tell the chef'. Any other restaurant would have treated the situation better. He acted like it was normal to find unidentified objects in the food. If it wasn't for this incident, dinner would've been much better.
