You can't get a better location than this if you're visiting MSU. The rooms are newly redecorated, and if you're a fan of European bathrooms, you'll like them. Otherwise, not. The public spaces can be quite busy with Spartan activities. If quiet is important to you, you might want to look elsewhere. The restaurant on-premise is quite good.

The Kellogg Hotel offers excellent service (mainly from MSU students in the hospitality program from what I gathared), and has a great restuarant (The State Room), but has very poor rooms. Modern lobby, and plenty of meeting rooms, but if you're staying overnight, I would reccomend looking elsewhere.

Very convenient when visiting MSU. The rooms are a little small but the staff is great.
