I went shopping for a used truck & knew exactly what I wanted. The salesman at Sundance Chevrolet was knowledgeable, competent & friendly. I told him what I was looking for, he found it & handled all theh paperwork with ease. I would definitely buy my next vehicle from Sundance Chevrolet.

This dealership is horrible. I looked at cars similar to the one I was interested in at Sundance at other dealerships, but chose Sundance b/c of the lower mileage and price for the vehicle. Boy was I wrong! Do not buy from here, or take the car to a very qualified mechanic before purchasing. I did not notice some problems with the car b/c I am not experienced in that area. Then, the brakes started making noses. So, I took it into a mechanic I trust. When I found out that the car needed new front brakes (they were metal on metal), new inner tie rod, alignment, and 4 brand new tires before I've even had it long enough to get it's first oil change, you can imagine my disappointment. Upon calling Sundance they sounded like they would help. They said they would assist me with the costs as much as possible. I took it into the service dept. to have it looked at. After 5 hours they called me to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the vehicle and told me that the used car department was not going to pay for anything. My advice, stay away. I strongly encourage Bud Kouts who have certified used vehicles. They had a vehicle similar to the one I bought at Sundance for sale and I wish I would've bought from them. Sundance is horrible. I'm just trying to spread the word so less people get burned.

SO MY GIRLFRIEND AND I DECIDE IT'S A GOOD TIME FOR A NEW CAR. WE CALLED A FEW DEALERS AND THEN WE CAME TO SUN DANCE CHEVROLET IN GRAND LEDGE WELL ITS ALL STARTS WE GET THERE AND THE CAR HAS BEEN SMASHED IN THE PASSENGER SIDE YOU COULD TELL SOME BACKYARD BODY SHOP GUY DID A SLOPPY JOB OF TRYING TO HAMMER IT BACK OUT AND REPAINT IT SO WE ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD TAKE SOME OFF THE PRICE THEY REFUSED AND OFFERED A FULL TANK OF GAS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT LISTED OK WITH GAS PRICES SO HIGH THAT WOULD HELP SO WE TOOK THAT OFFER AND LEFT IT ALONE SO THEN WE GO INSIDE AFTER TEST DRIVING IT EVERYTHING SOUNDED FINE ALSO THE GUY SAID THERE WAS A SCRATCH THAT WAS MINOR THIS SCRATCH WENT ACROSS THE WHOLE DOOR OK SO THEN WE WENT INSIDE MET WITH A FINANCE GUY WHO JACKED OUR PAYMENT UP ANOTHER 30 BUCKS FROM WHAT IT WAS ONLINE AND THEN WE BUY THE CAR TO FIND OUT THERE'S NO CRUISE CONTROL WHICH WAS MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS CRUISE CONTROL ON THE ADD ALSO CAR DID NOT HAVE OIL CHANGED AFTER WE CHECKED DIP STICK AND THE GUY WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE US IT WAS HIGH MILEAGE OIL THAT"S WHY IT WAS BLACK THEES E GUYS ARE SCAMMERS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE TERRY HANKS IS A VERY DISHONEST MAN
