good drinks by the lake

The Blue Gill Grill sits next to Lake Lansing and offers great drinks in a fun atmosphere (and a funny game in the Men's restroom--seriously, its the urinal olympics). Nonetheless, I found the food to be marginal. The salads are made with iceberg lettuce, and the dinner I ordered was just blah and left much to be desired. However, I did not order their fish specialty, so i cannot speak to that.

• Pros: by the lake, good beer, fun atmosphere
• Cons: mediocre food

We love this place! Their pizza is amazing, and all their other food is good too. We really like the atmosphere, although the smoking section does drift over onto the otherside sometimes. The staff is always friendly and we've always had great service too. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
