Terrible Customer Service. I have never had such terrible customer service in my adult life. While the sales representatives are generally helpful the geek squad and management are out right rude, unhelpful, exploitive and at time dishonest. This group operates from the assumption that customers are unknowledgeable and stack costs for unneeded services. If you must make a best buy purchase i would suggest taking the the time to visit the west side store.
