My sister s wedding ring (purchased from Kay Jewelers) was sent into a Kay Jewelers repair shop for a simple repair of a loose stone and the repair shop damaged it so badly in the process that when they attempted to repair the damage THEY CAUSED they said it was unfixable and the ring was ruined. This is the service you will get from Kay Jewelers. Take your buisness elsewhere.
