Wretched waitstaff. Some friends had reccomended this place to me and I wanted to check it out before I took my wife there, she's pretty fussy about places. So I went in on a wednesday afternoon and thought I'd sit at the bar and have a beer while I looked over the menu. It was pretty empty, like 2 other tables in the entire place, and it still took ten minutes to get someone to even acknowledge I was there. Then after waiting and finally having a server come over I asked for a beer and said I was just going to look over the menu. The look of disgust on her face like I was wasting her time not ordering food was apparent. She handed me my beer and then proceeded with her business. I waited twenty minutes before finally giving up and leaving money on the bar because she never returned to see if I wanted another or the bill. The menu looked ok, but nothing compared to what I've heard people describe it as. I will try them for dinner but if it's anything like the service I received I will most definitely not be returning.

My Favorite Restaurant. I am an 11 year employee at a very successful fine dining restaurant, so I am very critical when I dine elsewhere. It is a real treat when I eat at the Red Cedar grill! The prices are on the higher side for steaks, which is what I love, but you get what you pay for. It is a dimly lit atmosphere that is good for a special occasion or if you simply want to enjoy good food while catching up with a friend. The difference between this place and others is that when you leave, you feel like you have "dined" rather than "gone out to eat" and if you don't know the difference, you have to check this place out!
