I honestly never take time to do reviews but I felt especially compelled to write this one. Although Ned's may have decent prices, the one in East Lansing has absolutely horrendous customer service. I've had problems there more than once and each time it was not dealt with in any form of professional or apologetic manner whatsoever. It's clear that they just want to take your money and could care less how you feel about your transaction.
