Dont Bother!. The service is HORRIBLE! and when i mean horrible, I mean absolutely No help. ESPECIALLY in the MORNING. I try and go there and buy some hair and theres NEVER anybody over there! I always have to ask the cashier for help even tho if she have to deal with other customers and its not even at her station. theres should always be someone at both ends to HELP! Instead we got to ask the morning girl cashier for all the help. The other female with the short hair is always in the back on the phone and do not know customer service. The Owners Are Rude and Disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and Go somewhere Else. if you got a question. they will not be able to help. One STAR. and just for the morning cashier. either then that NOne

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STARTED SHOPPING AT YOUNGS NOT SO LONG AGO. I GO THERE AND BUY MY HAIR PIECE AND EXTENSION. EVERY TIME I GO AT THE HAIR PLACE, NO ONE IS EVERY THERE! I WOULD WAIT AND WALK BACK N FORTH CALLING OUT TO THE WORKERS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. I THEN GO UP TO THE CASHIER AND ASK IF ANYONE IS WORKING BACK AT THE HAIR AISLE.. SHE WOULD CALLED OUT AND WALKED AROUND THE WHOLE STORE CALLING FOR THE SHORT ASIAN LADY. (THAT POOR GIRL DOING EVERYTHING ALL BY HERSELF). I WOULD HATE TO BE IN HER PLACE. ...

THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME OR SECOND TIME.. ITS EVERY TIME I GO IN! SHOULDN'T THE ASIAN LADY BE AT THE HAIR PLACE, GREETING CUSTOMERS? Y DO WE HAVE TO WALK UP N DOWN THE AISLE LOOKING FOR HER. I FIND THAT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE N ITS RUDE OF HER TO ALWAYS BE ON THE PHONE AND MAKE ME N OTHERS WAIT!! THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK IN THE MORNING. JUST TWO PEOPLE IS NOT ENOUGH TO RUN THAT BIG OF A STORE!

recommendation. lots of things and very helpful ppl. i buy my hair here all the time and absolutely love this place! i have never had any problems wit this store at all.

Great. This store has a great deal of great qualities such as great service from the workers. they know what they are talking about when talking about hair supplies. I've havent been going here that long but i am really recommending this store and coming back to shop there.

Go here!. I LOVED THIS STORE. There are so many types of brands and selections to choose from. and the cashier female that mainly works in the morning is so nice and kind, I like how there are so many different type of styles and colors for hair. i recommend it

Great Cosmetics Store. This store is Great and have a wide selections of beauty supplies and hair product. I disagree with the comment by tara. the products is a long lasting and high quality, and the prices are affordable. I've been shopping at Youngs for a year now and i highly recommend it to others.

Pure junk, poor quality. I give this a rating 1 because I can't choose anything lower than that. But pure junk.

The selection and prices look good at first glance however these products are cheap imitations. They do not hold up and you will be throwing your money away. The owner (asian male) is a very rude man and doesn't speak very nicely too women. He is of the mentality that women have no say and should never question anything. He is in the wrong business.

Stay away, you are wasting your money on pure junk that will cost you big time in the end and they do not stand behind the junk they sell.
