i bought and had a stereo installed from this store. the big man behind the counter in the stereo area threw away the box that i had the stereo installed from. inside were the instructions on settings,etc. and my lil personal remote. the man was rude. as i hAD to come back a second time to get these items.... if it werent for another man that worked in that department i would have never recieved the manual or remote. i appreciate him but what the hell i paid good money to be treated half ass........never again will i buy from abc warehouse in lansing, mi on pennsylvania ave. 12/11/12

SCAM ARTIST SALES STAFF. *Sales staff is very hawkish.

*Any issues you have later on with the products will be met with adversarial service.

*Be VERY aware of their warranty service product which is a scam. I was sold a 5 yr warranty on a 2 side refrigerator and was told it went in effect after the mfg. warranty of 5 years. Found out later that the warranty was only good running concurrently with the full coverage mfg warranty! Paid $135 for nothing!! GET WHATEVER THE SALES STAFF PROMISE IN WRITING!!!! WORD FOR WORD!
