Tips for Shaheen Chevrolet

Don't waste your time. Long story short. Before I brought in my car for repair, I checked online to see what types of reviews this dealership had from customers. Overall had very good feedback. July 5th brought my car in for burnt headlight, turn signal, and replace head liner due to water leak from sunroof. Received and call on July 6th from Mike and was told it was ready to be picked up. Showed up at the dealership and was told that they had to order parts and would be in the next week. Two weeks later brought my car back at 8 am and was told that it would be ready around noon. Stayed at the dealership until 5pm and was told by Mike to go home because he could not find the mechanic. Only reason I stayed so long because I live over a hour drive away. Get a call the next day and was told it wouldn't be ready due to mirror not being painted yet and would take another day. So next day get a call and was told the car was ready to be picked up. Showed back at the dealership to find that several of the pillars was falling off due to them breaking off the clips, overhead light compartment hanging off, molding not put on right, clips broken off the door, and what looked to be like glue on the dash and seats. Went back into the service building to show the service manager Tom what work was done. Tom was very rude and very dishonest. He tried to blame it on another dealership breaking the clips. After about 10 minutes of wasting my breath, he agreed to order new parts, fill my gas tank, and detail the car and was told to bring the car back next week. Also at that time, he told me one of his mechanics found a crack under the door panel and one would be ordered. So a week later, I bring the car back to Shaheen's when the parts arrived. Three days pass and was told my car was ready to be picked up. They fixed the pillars, overhead lighting, clips in the door, and detailed the car. Gas tank was never filled up and door panel was never replaced. Talked to Tom the service manager again and he looked me right in the eyes and told me he never agreed to fix the crack under the door panel. I would of never known it was there unless he told me about it. These are the most dishonest people I've ever seen. If you ever need your car fixed, do yourself a big favor and stay away from this dealership. On the bright side of things, my wife and I replaced our curse words with Shaheen and all our friends are catching on.
