I wouldn't give these people a dime..... Myself and my cousin went to Lansing in search of a vehicle. She had a pretty decent amount of $$ on her, as a last option we stopped at RPM since we have seen their commercials on TV. We didn't get any help at first. There was 3 workers standing outside smoking right by the front door, when we went inside, we we're only asked if we we're paying cash or financing. Once we told him we were paying cash, he took us out to the lot, parked behind another car right next to a dumpster was a little tiny cavalier, that was rusted, the molding around the doors was hanging, there was a crack in the windshield, the dash board was falling apart. We test drove the car, and when we came back, the salesman said he could get her into this car for $2,500. I kbb'd it real fast and in Great condition the vehicle was only worth $1,600. I will NEVER go back to that place, and I will make sure everyone I know, never does either. My cousin did find an amazing car, at an amazing price. at A & A RENTAL on Cedar. She's had it for a couple months now and nothing is wrong with it!.. I will recommend everyone I know to go to A & A. They are honest people!!! And that is very rare when it comes to buying vehicles.…
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!. Don't waste your time even stopping there. Test drove 3 vehicles, 2 shook so bad you would of thought the tires were going to fall off and the other 1 had a broke drivers seat..sat at an angle. They kept saying, we can fix that...well obviously if you have cars on the lot available for test driving, they should be fixed already.…
Stay Away.
I was looking for a family vehicle, and I happened to run across RPM, let me just say the experience with them was unpleasant. I walked around their car lot noticing all their used vehicles are in
pretty rough shape; high mileage, ripped seats, rust, dents, bald tires, etc. After 20 minutes with no assistance, I decided to walk into the building and ask for some help, not that I didn't get any help, I got to experience the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Four car salesmen were sitting in the building shooting the bull. One of them who was sitting on his chair with his legs up on his desk, screamed across the building and said,"what can I do for you." And I replied, " I am looking for a family vehicle." He replied, " Oh, they are out there, let me know if you want to test drive." And I said " I already know which ones I want to test drive." And his next respond was, " Are you paying in full or you need finance?" And I thought " Seriously? you sit on your chair when you talking to your customer, and asked me the method of payment before I can put my feet in the vehicle?" So I just walked away.
The bottom line: If you want poor car, salesman and customer service. Go to RPM auto sale. Satisfaction Guaranteed.…
DO NOT GO HERE...STOP & RUN THE OTHER WAY. Okay these people have to either do drugs or drink everytime they get home from work because I don't know how they can live with themselves otherwise, unless they are sociopaths. Point Blank, they rob the poor! To elaborate..this is the deal. You have poor credit, you go there. They sell you a car at an inflated price that will break. you can only get it fixed there so they control. then when warranty is up you can no longer pay for payments plus fix car, bam, you get repo'd, then they turn around and take the repos and re sell them to the next guy. A few years later after the interest has built up you will get sued. And that's the name of the game. rpm really stands for RePoMan.…
wrost place to buy vehicles. If you have bad credit and don't know about fixing cars go to paradise motors. The salemen will tell you, "...that car just came in, we haven't had time to even look at it." BULLSHIT they never look at any of the vehicles before they are sold. the first time they will ever be looked at it is about a month after they are bought and the customer brings it back. They give illigal loaners out if you car becomes totaled or your motor blows up, but that's only if you are a girl in a short shirt or had a very large down payment. They will never fix your car all the way. The boss is nice to your face, he'll yell at the mechanics when you are there to, "get it done". Yet after you leave he won't let them buy even cheap parts for your car. He only wants to get parts used from their junkyard, which may take months. I know better now, never buy a car from these crooks!…
