I would never go back

I took my seemingly healthy cat there for routine exam and vaccinations updates. They said my cat was healthy, gave her the injections but that night she got very sick and died within 2 days. Long story short, she had kidney disease, undiagnosed, and the injections put her over the edge. When I contacted their office after to explain what had happened they were very rude.

Beware!!

Best Doc Ever!

Dr. Hoschek has been my little boy's doctor for going on five years. My little guy is also "special needs", he was the runt of the litter, isn't "put together" quite right, and has the equivalent of feline Down syndrome. The first time we saw Dr. Hoschek, I cried...he was the ONLY doc, of many that we had seen, that did NOT tell me that I should put my lil guy "down" because he isn't "normal". I have moved many times in the last five years and Ailurophile Cat Clinic remains Roly's vet. Last winter I drove 12 hours ONE WAY (from TN) , to take Roly back to Dr. Hoschek (in MI). I now live in Buffalo (NY), it's a 6 hour drive...piece of cake to take Roly back to the only doctor that I trust with my little boy. This doctor LISTENS to me, trusts me when I tell him something isn't right, explains everything more than once if necessary, and does what is best for my Roly. This vet is now and will forever remain, my Roly's doctor. And about his staff...caring, trustworthy, empathetic, sweet, understanding, respectful. I love this place and how they take care of my boy and me too.

THE BEST CAT CARE EVER!

You will never find a vet that is more committed to your cat?s health than Dr. Hoscheck! Because we were so close to MSU and their world class Vet school we took our cat to MSU for years. Our cat is what you might call special needs: heart murmur, breathing problems, deaf and diabetic. Unfortunately, these health problems would result in very long visits to MSU, each new vet student wanted to do a full work up. What we needed was a single vet who would get to know our cat?Dr. Hoscheck to the rescue!

Since going to Ailurophile our cat is in great health, very happy and OLD (18)! To top it off, our cat is not great patient; let?s just say he gets very stressed when taken to the vet! Not only has Dr. Hoscheck handled all of these issues perfectly, he is always very caring and thorough, without recommending unnecessary test or care. Even more amazing is he will take as much time as you want to explain EVERYTHING very clearly. He is a wonderful vet. In addition to a great vet, the rest of his staff is very good with cats and treat them with the utmost care. Trust me, there is no better place for you and your cat.
