I went in to get some silver spoons appraised. The nice man who took care of me weighed them and said $39. I decided to think about it, then went back one week later. This time the owner waited on me. He weighed them and said $27! Interesting! So I said I d think about it and went to Liberty Coins, who gave me $38.50 for them. I was not happy that the owner tried to rip me off! But was glad I found this out before I took my whole set of silver there. I will take it to Liberty Coins instead where I already had the set appraised for almost $1000. I was going to compare the estimate to Jewelry Doctor but now I will go with Liberty. Jewelry Doctor lost my business for the sake of $12.

I've had many years of great customer service. However I went into the store yesterday and wasn't greeted with a smile, I had to ask and greeted with irritation, condensation and an uncomfortable feeling. The young woman that I spoke to kept referring to a part of my jewelry in technical terms that I did not understand. I asked her what it meant and she repeated what she said, but didn't explain it. So we went back and forth until finally I was going to walk away. THEN her attitude calmed down and she was able to help me. I was grateful she helped, however I don't think I will be visiting again.

Greatest store ever. I have been going into the Jewelry Doctor for some time now, I am so pleased with everyone , They are helpful and kind and my Jewelry looks so beautiful when i pick it up.I will only take my jewelry there. Thank you everyone at the Jewelry Doctor.

Great Experience. I had a few pieces of jewelry that had sat broken in my jewelry box for some time. A friend suggested I go to the Jewelry Doctor for an honest and fair quote to have them fixed. I was very pleased with the personal service I received and the cost was much lower than I had anticipated. I wish I had taken my jewelry in to be repaired sooner. Fast, friendly and fair! Next time I break something I will go to them right away knowing that I and my jewelry will be treated well. Thank you Jewelry Doctor!

Nicest folks in town. Like so many other people, I decided to sell some old gold jewelry. Everyone I talked to told me to go to Jewelry Doctor, saying how honest and knowledgeable they were (Not to mention, they pay the most). So I did... and I was happy. Good people.

Unpleasant experience. I have brought my jewelry here a couple times in the past, and up until today, I have always been satisfied with the results of the repairs. They really showed their true colors today, however. The manager told me to my face that she felt I am an unpleasant customer, and then proceeded to tell the other customers in the store that I am disagreeable and offensive. First of all, when your entire job is about customer service, this is a terrible way to gain trust and keep business. Second, who do they think they are to stab customers in the back? If this is what they say about their customers, imagine what they do to your jewelry. I will never bring my jewelry back to them again for repair.
