Honesty and Integrity

Crippen Auto Mall is by far the best Dealer and Serivce in the 36 years of buying vehicles and obtaining service. They have always done exactly what they say they will and with perfection. I support this dealer and service department with the same honesty and integrity that they display all the time. In fact, come see the Great Deals on June 20th, 2009. I will be there supporting the dealership and service department myself as this is who I believe in and and support. Thank you to Jeff and the entire staff for being the "Best of the Best."

Worst customer service

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I went to get my car serviced and the employees (at least 7 of them) all stood around hanging out for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When one did help me, they dismissed the problem I told them I was having with my car and said they would see if they could find something, eventhough I gave them the exact error code off the car computer. Very rude to females and very unhelpful. They are the ones who give mechanics a bad name. Take your car to another Mazda dealership if possible
