10-24-2012 I called Scott Grabel and associates for a DWLS 2nd offense charge. He was confident and said he could help me. He did just that! His associate Robert Hackett was very professional and got my charge reduced in order for me to pursue getting my driver’s license back. I am hiring them to do that as well. I would recommend Scott Grabel & associates to anybody. Scott personally called me back 2 times to talk me about my situation and both times it was 8:00 at night or later! He is a man of his word. His case manager Winnie Riche drove out of her way to come right to my house to get the paper work situated. I am really happy with the service they provided me with!

I went to my DAAD hearing today and was very pleased with the out come. I was granted my a restricted license right then and there! The hearing officer was impressed that Marcie Ridley was very particular and made sure everything was complete and in order. Again, I can not stress how happy I am for hiring this law firm. They are the best!

I was charged with Wreckless Driving (a criminal misdemeanor) near Grand Rapids, and I found Scott just by searching the internet. I called the hotline and Scott called back <10 minutes later. He seemed very knowledgable about my charge and about the judges and prosecutors in that area. I hired him and he handled everything. I didn't even have to show up for my arraignment and pre-trial, and Scott was very good about keeping me informed and calling me back and reassuring me that everything would be ok. Scott got me Careless Driving which is a civil infraction and 3 points on my driver's license. He was willing to take the case to trial but we both agreed it wasn't worth the risk, so I took the plea. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my case, and I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was to have Scott as my attorney. He was very conscientious and kept me informed about everything that was going on. We met once in person and probably talked on the phone about 15 times. This was very comforting as I was really terrified to be facing a criminal charge! Thank you Scott!

I could not even dare to imagine what would happen without the help from Scott Grabel. When I first contact him, I just came back from the police station. Scared and hopeless, I dialed the number of Scott with my hands which still have two red bar after being handcuffs for hours. It is nearly 10 p.m. and Scott call me back immediately. I met with him on the next day's morning. He told me that he is confident of making my case dismissed. Honestly speaking, I do not believe it at that time because the policemen tell me that my case is extremely serious. During the days before I went to court, I keep contact with Scott everyday. Whenever I contact him, he will call me back within one minute. He never charge me even one extra cent for such help. He came with me to talk with judge. Also the judge seems impatient, Scott try his best to persuade him dismiss my case. Finally, after the talking for an hour, the judge dismiss my case. It is a miracle! I could not even have a chance without Scott's help. I could not even dare to imagine what would happen to my future, such as job hunting, if the judge think I am guilty. Scott saved my life and my future. I highly recommend Scott Grabel & Associates to everyone who need help!

I tried to save money and do 2 dlad hearings myself. This was a great mistake. Each time I was denied the hearing officers opinion of me as lacking credibility despite having ironclad proof of sobriety. After the second hearing I knew I had to have an attorney. I called Mr Grabel and he immediately returned my call within 10 minutes. He assigned marcie his associate attorney for dlad hearings.. We compiled all of the evidence together making sure all of the t"s were crossed and the i's dotted. The hearing went well but the hearing officer denied me again. Scott and Marcie were furious and immediatly appealed to circuit court. At the court hearing the secretary of state tore me apart and marcie gave the argument on why the dlad was wrong. Fighting for my rights. After review from the judge and marcie's arguments the judge ruled in my favor. Full driving priveliges. No breathalizer and no restrictions. I could have not done this on my own as the dlad was intent on not giving my drivers license back. My advice to anyone appealing a revocation of their drivers license I strongly recommend grabel and associates. Their fee is the best in town for all they will do for your case. Best investment I made to get my life back. Scott is the most likeable attorney I have ever met. Marcie is the most convincing attorney I ever heard present an argument in court. The attorneys in this law firm all work together for one cause and that is a favorable outcome at any cost. for your legal problem. Michael F

I googled for a criminal attorney online, and found Scott and his team. I was accused of something that I did not do. Scott reviewed my situation, I hired him. I NEVER got charged. If it wasn't for his experience, I would have gotten railroaded based on lies. I recommend Scott above all attorneys in the State of Michigan. I 'bumped' into Scott Grabel a while ago through an ad in the yellow pages which led me to his website. I was being threatened by a group of criminals who were running an extortion scam. After enduring one week of living hell I called Mr. Grabel's office at 9:30 at night. After speaking to an associate I received a personal call back from Mr. Grabel at 10:00pm. He assessed my situation and immediately initiated an investigation of the matter. Within a little more than 2 days the matter was clarified and the crooks were on the run. I cannot speak highly enough about Scott Grabel's competence, knowledge, tenacity, and total fearlessness. During this period Mr. Grabel personally updated me several times regarding the progress of the case. Even though I requested to be billed for his time and effort he would not accept a dime. I highly recommend Scott Grabel and Associates to anyone who needs help.

Can't Go Wrong With Grabel & Associates. I’m going to try and make this as brief as possible, and hit all the important spots. When it comes down to a situation involving you or a loved one’s freedom the stakes are obviously high. It’s very easy for an outsider or stranger to take a case and go through the motions as long as they receive some cash at the end of the day, so you can undoubtedly see how hard finding a good attorney can be. I’ve been through the system once, when I was 19, got sentenced to a year, one month of which was executed time, for a first offense. At that time I didn’t have any money, but my parents paid for a supposed high calibur, and some-what expensive attorney. Let’s just say you don’t ALWAYS get what you pay for people. But I can tell you undoubtedly, you do want Scott Grabel whether he is under or over your pay range. When it comes to times like these, money isn’t a factor and your freedom is, and Scott will make sure he does everything for you to retain that freedom. Scott is constantly working, reassuring, and will receive phone calls WAY more than any normal attorney, free of charge. Also, if you’ve been through the system before you know it can be VERY time consuming and stressful. Mister Grabel makes sure to get things moving as quickly as possible taking the reins and putting less pressure on you. I was looking at a 5-10 year felony charge which I was not guilty of. Scott rendered me of the situation with haste consulting me to take a polygraph test, that immediately proved my innocence and the case was dismissed. Look, if you’re reading this you’ve got a problem, guilty or not, and I know your pain. Do yourself a favor and give Scott Grabel & Associates a call. If I hit the lottery tomorrow and have all the money in the world, and happen to get in trouble with the law again, I’m picking up my cell phone and calling Scott Grabel without hesitation. Plain and simple Scott Grabel is in a class of his own.
