A Lawyer That Cares (Yes they exist). I can't recommend Scott Grabel & Associates enough.

You know the kind of lawyer that cares about you, fights for your justice, and while doing both makes it affordable and convenient for you? .......Wait...you didn't know they existed?

Well you're in luck. Scott Grabel is one of a kind. If you believe in God sets a path for us, I assure you, Scott Grabel was put on this Earth to defend people. And if you believe in Science? Scott is the nearly flawless product of the Lawyer's Chain of Evolution.

I had never been in trouble with the law before going through a tragic incident that involved me losing a good friend of mine. I later found that I had been slapped (originally) with a 5 to 10 year Felony charge. As you can guess I was a bit anxious considering I've never even gotten a traffic ticket.

I talked to NUMEROUS attornies of all costs (money was not an issue when considering my freedoms) and instantly, I knew Mr. Grabel was the lawyer for me. Scott quickly started hearing my story and outlining outcomes before I had even paid him a dime. I could tell Mr. Grabel sincerely wanted the best for me, he had given me great advice and somewhat peace of mind (a luxury when going through the court system) without me paying him a dollar yet.

Going through the Judicial System is always a nerve wracking process, but I was comfortable throughout it knowing that Scott was looking out for me. He kept me notified on a consistent basis and was always two steps ahead of the game. He reassured me with different ways that we could approach the case and always gave me the confidence that my innocence would be proven. I had 100 percent belief that Mr. Grabel was doing everything he could to assist me, and that he had the knowledge to do so as well, it helped me sleep much better at night.

I even tried to give Mr. Grabel more money than what we had agreed on because of his extensively long driving distance to my County Court House and that I was so pleased with his work. HE SWIFTLY DECLINED....... I Insisted....... He declined AGAIN. Scott Grabel is the definition of a "Stand Up Guy." He talks the talk enough to make you confident, but high calibur results will leave you speechless. This man was strictly there to help me, was a great lawyer, friend, advisor, honestly a guardian angel. Scott defended me like I was one of his own.

I can't be more happy with my results (Charge Dismissed from my record entirely). I do have some community service to attend to and some speeches to give, but I do so happily and appreciatively. Thank you so much Scott!

If you're still reading this, you're wasting time, you should have already called Scott. No matter your situation or charge, I can confidently recommend Scott Grabel as your best choice for attorney.

The best firm out there. When I met with the law firm of Scott Grabel I was given an honest assessment of my case. They were correct on the outcome "case dismissed." Scott Grabel team is an excellent, aggressive, experienced, law firm who fought for my rights.

Can't Go Wrong With Scott. My name is Dan Charlong and I lost my License eight years ago and have been trying to get it back ever since. I've since moved from Michigan to Minnesota. Three different attorneys have tried to help and I always got back a letter three years in a row that said I failed to meet minimum requirements to get it back. I was getting annoyed with all of the turn downs and was going to just give up. The bad thing about giving up is, I don't get to drive. I decided to try one more time and I found two attorneys from Michigan. The first attorney told me I HAD to come to Michigan to get it back because they would just deny me if I did it through the mail. The second (Scott Grabel), told me not to worry about it, it was a guarentee that I would get it back after he heard my situation. It took a little planning and hardly any work on my end to get the proper paperwork that they needed. I mailed it all out and I was completely comfortable waiting (after 8 years you become patient) for the results. I never had a single doubt that they would get the job done and BOOM, I got the phone call. I am reinstated in Michigan and I can finally live my life with my family in Minnesota. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! These people know exactly what they are doing and will help you. Take if from someone who tried to shortcut it three different times and go with attorneys who didn't know what they were talking about. Scott isn't about the money, he'l even work with you on that. He likes helping people get back on the road and get on with their lives.

The Only Firm You Want On Your Side. Before I contacted Grabel and Associates I was at the end of my rope. I'd been jerked around by the legal system for years with no hope of ever seeing resolution. I'd spoken with other attorneys that said what I wanted was impossible, and that pursuing it would only waste their time and mine.

When I left a message for Mr. Grabel I was staggered to receive a return call with lightening speed. Spending ten minutes on the phone with him had accomplished more than every meeting with every other attorney I'd seen up to that point. By the end of our first discussion he had a clear plan and course of action.

I was never out of the loop when I was working with Scott, I was always apprised and aware of any changes, and all forward progress. There was a major revision of the laws that affected my particular situation, and Mr. Grabel had comprehended all relevant changes and how it would change my case. He was writing petitions before the State even had the forms they needed.

When my day in court finally came Mr. Grabel argued my case, got the results we wanted, and instead of breezing out to his car a happy man, he spent the time to talk with me about what this meant for my future, and his personal reflections on how the day at court had gone. I'll be perfectly honest I don't recall all of it, I was over the moon that my long struggle was finally at an end. When we finally left the court Mr. Grabel walked us to our car, something no attorney had ever done before.

It's my sincere hope that anyone in a situation like mine will be able to work with Grabel and Associates, I could write thousands of words further but there are only three that matter.

Grabel gets results.

Changed how we feel about lawyers. Scott Grabel will be your new best friend, I promise!! After retaining another attorney (Anothony Valentine) we never heard from him again until the court date that he was late for. Mr. Valentine did zero homework on the case and the judge handed out the maximum sentence to my fiance which was 365 days. I started looking for another attorney online and emailing our case to different lawyers. The very same day which was Fathers Day, I got a call from Scott. I was shocked by the time he took to talk to me about the case, most lawyers would say come pay me then we will talk. After being told by just about everyone that there was no point in trying to fight the sentence, we with the up most faith in Scott went ahead and retained him and set a court date to try and reduce his sentence. The sad thing is that Scott had already done 10 times more than our past lawyer before we even retained him. Scott was amazing at keeping us updated with everything he was doing, any new information he found out and he always picked up his phone. The difference between Scott and any other lawyer you might be thinking about is he really does care about your case. If you think your saving yourself money by going with a cheap lawyer your not, cause after he runs off with your money, then you will go to a pro like Scott. We were the first people to ever try to ask for a reduction or change in a case like my fiances. He had absconded from drug court 3 years prior and came and turned himself in with the other lawyer and was given the year. We were told even by the probation officers that no one does anything less than a year. Since we had just had our first baby it was horrible that he couldnt hold his own daughter so we were hoping for anything that would make that possible. Scott went to court and blew us all away. He really knew what he was talking about a fought hard for us. The judge after telling us that my fiance was the FIRST person she has ever reduced/changed their sentence in a sobriety court case granted him to be able to finish his last 3 months in a halfway house. We were SO SO happy, he would finally be able to hold his daughter for the first time. Plus being able to live in a home with real food, a real bed, fresh air was way way better then being in jail. But Scott didnt stop after court, he immediately was makin calls to find out everything that needed to be done to get my fiance in the halfway house as quick as possible. Scott wasnt kidding after court when he said "Now Im not gonna ride off into the sunset, if you need me call me." He is just amazing and I wish there were more lawyers like him. But THERE IS NOT, so if your looking for a lawyer to care about your case as much as you do and really fight for you there is no one else you should call. He is worth every penny and more!

A wonderful firm. I cannot begin to express how fortunate I am to have had Scott Grabel & Associates represent me in my legal matter. The firm, which immediately responded to my phone call, was very sympathetic to my problem and was a very calming influence. They assured me numerous times that everything would turn out fine, which it did. All the lawyers at the firm are calm, dignified and have a profound knowledge of the law. They think outside of the box and are very ingenious when it comes to figuring out solutions. They are very professional. The world would be a much better place if more people were like Scott Grabel & Associates. I could not have been happier with them. I highly recommend them!

A PLACE IN HEAVEN FOR THIS LAWYER. For those of you who believe lawyers have no place in Heaven, you should meet Scott Grabel. He is an exception to the rule! I was assigned a Public Defender who never knew or called me by my name and instead of defending me, he was preparing me to face a twenty year sentence. It did not matter to him that I was innocent of all but one minor offense. Mr. Grabel offered to take over my case because he had prior knowledge of my involvement with a case he had just won with a full dismissal. I was sentenced to probation within a few hours & released to return to my home in Florida. SCOTT GRABEL is a hero to the rich and the poor who fall victim to the Judicial System. He is trustworthy, straight forward and very dependable. As an attorney, he is the best of the best; ethical,well mannered, concerned about clients & their families and he is an expert in winning the best possible outcome for ALL his cases. He is a fierce defender for truth and justice for all. Thank you Scott for saving me

The Best Defense Lawyer in Michigan!. When I called Scott Grabel, it was late one evening. He called me back immediately and we talked and he was such a comforting and supportive attorney! He took control of the issue at hand and moved right on it. He went above and beyond. He is sooooooooo worth the money, but it's not just about money, he truely HAS THE BEST INTEREST OF HIS CLIENT!!!! Your Best Defense. Scott Grabel came highly recommended to me. I called Scott's Law Office on a Saturday and to my surprise there was an answer. Scott called me back personally within 5 minutes. He took all of my info and resolved my legal situation by 5pm the following Monday. He is worth every penny and I can confidently recommend him to everyone.
