December 23rd and our basement flooded and Roto-Rooter of Lansing came out in a couple of hours to work on the problem. Professional, friendly and prompt! Have used them in the past and have always been satisfied!

It was time to call a plumber to remove and replace almost all of the parts to my kitchen sink, except the sink itself. The garbage disposal had died, the faucet assembly was disengaging from its base, and the shut-offf valves were very questionable, not to mention the creative configuration of the drain pipes. Having used Roto-Rooter of Lansing before, I gave them a call. I was pleasantly greeted, and within minutes I was scheduled for the work a couple of days later. Just prior to the appointment, Roto-Rooter thoughtfully called to confirm that it was still OK to come. The plumber arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and pleasant, and willing to answer all of my questions. He was organized, skilled, and kept the work area clean. I was very pleased with the work he did. I will call Roto-Rooter of Lansing for future projects, and would highly recommend them to others.

We had backup drain issues, and when I went to look for help on trying to pin point what the issue was, I looked up Roto-Rooter in Lansing, and immediately, I had someone come to the house within the hour. I was so relieved that it was only a clogged issue and not a broken pipe, so we set an appointment for a week later, and the Plumber, Andy came out and efficiently unclogged the drain and made sure it was completely cleaned out with a video scope. My mother, Brenda Miloser was at our home at the time and her and I could not be more happy with the results and the professionalism of Roto Rooter and Andy. We are so glad that you guys got here as soon as you could to help us out of our situation.. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I had an emergency at 10 P.M. on a Friday night and a holiday weekend to boot! In my search for a Plumber in Lansing, I noticed that Roto-Rooter offered 24/7 service. Praise the Lord!! I called and they had "Ron" who was on call get right back with me. He was on a job but arrived in my home at 11. He was a super nice gentleman! Poor man looked dead tired but got the job done. I appreciate that it was one set fee and not an "hourly" rate as he spent two hours fixing my drain problem. He explained what he did, why I had the problem, the cause, etc, Plus...in our chatting I got a couple new recipes too! A lady can't beat that! Thanks a bunch Ron....you are a lifesaver as I was at my wits end and am now a happy camper. I would most definitely call Roto-Rooter in Lansing, MI again and again!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Had a late Sunday night emergency that required the services of a plumber. Called Roto-Rooter in Lansing and they sent someone out right away, despite the late hour. The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the problem within a short time. Excellent service and price was not too bad considering. Definitely a 5 star effort.
