Ordered a wheel they said it would be in the next day they received the wrong one had to reorder then after 8 days it comes in and they gave me a whole $5 off on the $89 wheel for my inconvenience. this will be last time I go there, I should have ordered it from Shroyers as in the past.

Great Service! Nice People! Will Work Inside Your Budget!. I had 3 separate claims from my insurance company for damages to my car and had waited a long time to get them fixed since my deductible is $500 (per claim). I finally saved up enough money to cover the deductibles then went looking for auto body shops for quotes to see if I could find a good deal. They don't call this place one stop auto for no reason! The quote I was initially given was outside of the out of pocket budget I wanted to pay so they did some recalculations to make things work for me and I only came out of pocket $107! That is BEYOND AMAZING! My car took 3 days to fix as I was told AND they let me use a rental car FREE while my car was being worked on. I have never had any place go out of their way so much to make me a happy customer. My car looks AMAZING! You would never know I ever had an accident. I definitely recommend ONE STOP AUTO if you have ANY car needs. They even got some pretty nasty rust spots off of my car. VERY happy with the results! :D

Great People!. I came into the store because I needed a used engine to rebuild for my automotive class at LCC. I was expecting to spend a lot of money and get blown off. Lucky for me, they were able to help me find a great motor to rebuild and the price was great! This is going to help me a LOT in school and I can't wait!

Brakes done - NO UPSELLING!. I went here to get my brakes done because winter is coming here in Michigan. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. They just did what I asked and left the rest alone! HUGE thanks for not hassling me!

Painted my car. I had my hood painted here because they were the cheapest in town. I expected it to look OK but not great because the price was so low (and I was fine with that). But to my surprise, it looked GREAT! You couldn't even tell that it had been worked on.
